I’m happy to announce that I am the new director of the Rice University big band. I’ll be taking the position over from one of my former teachers, the great Larry Slezak. We will be playing music from big bands such as Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Rob McConnell, and more. We have 4 concerts during the school year, and the first one will be on November 2nd.
